Whoops. Have gone to the darkside. Just taken delivery o a new t100 Bonneville. But keeping HARRYtheENFIELD to tinker with.

when you say new, brand new? If so, existing model or new speed twin?

mines a 2002 Anniversary Model. Orange and silver.

I paid £3600 for mine 5 years ago, and probably still worth that now! Its not only Harleys that hold their money!

Waiting patiently to see how its replacement feels for maneuverability. Sold the last one because of the difficulty involved in getting it in and out of its parking space.

Yes Rick. The Bonneville's are heavy bikes. That's why I ended up getting a Guzzi V7. They are about 45 - 50 kilograms lighter.

pd110961, maybe we should have a sub-subsection.
Robin, I tested a V7 before I got the T100, I was really impressed by it. I can easily understand how some folks would prefer it to a Hinckley Bonnie. In fact if I could only have either the T100 or the Continental GT I think I would have neither and have a V7 instead, if that makes sense.

Actually pd110961, I wasn't too worn in 1961, infact I was pretty much as new!!!!!
