The mystery of a strangely addressed parcel
I was communicating with my friend Moo, who was in the back in the UK, when she informed me of a strangely addressed parcel that had been received at my mailing address.
Certainly, the address was correct, but it was the name that had caused confusion as Moo said that she had often received some strange things, but never a parcel that was addressed to a motorcycle!
I checked my ebay delivery addresses and my paypal, nothing there, I racked my brains to try and workout where the name had come from and how it had got onto an address label but to no avail.
Moo opened the package and found some nikwax free sample that you could go and get from their website. I had already got some for Tornado's cover, but thought I should change my name to try and get some for my Meteor Minor, and I had totally forgotten doing so. This finally explained it.
OH, and the name on the address that had caused all the confusion?......
