Hello all, I have a 1938 KX v-twin. I need girder forks. Does anyone have girder forks for KX v-twin? This motor cycle came with girder or pressed steel forks. I can use any of them. Thanks.

Sorry guy, I guess no one here has got them.

I hope you find them, it must be great to have a KX.

Any pre-War frame or fork parts are almost impossible to find especially the pressed steel girder forks as they weren't very strong when they were new let alone 70+ years on! However, the forks from the wartime military models (WD/C and WD/CO) will fit and Indian made copies are widely available. Whether you would want to fit Indian made copies to a heavy 1000cc+ V twin is up to you and depends on how much serious use the bike would get.

REgards, Mark
