I screwed up the waterslide, and so our hosts sent these vinyl ones instead.

Had nearly finish before remembering to take a vid!

Was quite impressed!

Not sure if it applies to all vinyl but you can still use water with the tinniest drop of washing up liquid

Use a gentle mist from a 'Windex' spray bottle, and press out
the bubbles with a plastic squeegee whilst it's still wet underneath
When it's dry it is too late 'cept with a pin which looks rough.
Excess spray will make it difficult for the vinyl to adhere particually
on glass which will drive you crazy if your installing individual letters.
whilst with no liquid you only get one chance to install your sticker.
If the sticker is lettering like a tank badge, draw a pencil line on tank
and the bottom line of copy of the vinyl lettering, and also centre it
with a vertical line in the middle so it's nice and level on the tank
or rear fender. Have empathy with those installing large segments of exposed
vinyl in the wind when it folds over onto the exposed adhesive and ruins
your day somewhat.
