I realise now that I didn't put enough information in my last posting. My apologies to everybody. So as the location has now been finalised I shall Have another go. Firstly the date: Sunday the 7th June from about 11:30 until the last one goes home. that's usually me. VENUE: The Bulls Head. The BH is located on the A47 in Leicestershire and is 3 miles north of Mallory Park. (That's north of Watford and isn't down south. LOL). The pub has a roast lunch menu on Sundays and normally provides a baguette type menu for those of us who don't want a sit down lunch. Good selection of beers, wines and some good coffee. The Gathering is held in the tarmac surfaced car park so you will not have to worry about stands sinking in soft ground. All classic bikes are invited and are asked to bring their classic riders with them. The Executive Organising Management Committee have decided that all Enfields regardless of their country of manufacture are hereafter designated as Classics. The same applies to Hinckley Bonnevilles and Moto Guzzis. No entry fee. No Concorse Competition. No attitiudes except happy smiley ones. Please come and join us and hopefully have a great day. Goos weather has been ordered.

Thanks for that Mike. Nice to see you took my posting in good part! Also it's nice to know I can turn up on my Guzzi Stelvio too, ( no, not at the same time ), if for some reason the Enfield starts sulking! I used to travel some of those roads when I took the back way to Stanford Hall for the Founders Day Rally. Hoping to get to that too this year, havn't managed to get there for a few!

Just to confirm, Mike, is it the one just past Thurlaston farm heading south on A47? If so, there certainly looks like plenty of parking, and a family beer garden. ( Google street view!)
