I'm sorry that I have been unable to set the date of the next MadMikes Gathering before now, but my holiday plans kept getting in the way. However I am pleased to let you all know that the next MadMikes Gathering will be on Sunday the 7th June. The venue may change as the traditional Gathering pub has been refurbished as a "Gastro Pub". In essence this will mean that the only option for food will be the Sunday roast and you will have to reserve a table in advance, which is not ideal. I have another venue which is only a couple of miles from the original. The Executive Organisation Committee will be meeting the landlord tonight and after that I will be able to let you know where we will meet. The event though will take place as usual. All you Enfields (India and Redditch) and your classic riders are invited to attend. See you there.

Er, for those of us who don't know you or where you live, or indeed havn't been to one of your meetings before, where exactly in England is the run held, please? You seem to be "preaching to the converted" here! ðŸ˜‰

Ok, thanks. I thought it might be "daarn saarf", as many people don't think anything exists north of Watford! I probably could venture down from Notts, if I dare trust the Enfield that far!

If our old POS can get from a campsite in Dent to The Bull in time for lunch then I'm pretty sure you can get to see us at whatever pub the MadOne decides on

Hiya. Can you give me some more info. Is camping available the evening before and how much is it? Also is there a ride out planned on the day? Thanks ed

It's a gathering of old & new friends who ride in from diverse parts to spend a while kicking tyres & talking tall or otherwise tales in a sociable atmosphere.

no camping at the pub Barnes..but i'm sure MM will put you up for the night!
