Seems to me, installing the unsprung seat(91475) is my last ditch effort to be able to "flatfoot" on my 2002 iron barrel. To those of us who have one of these, my question is: What are the WIDTH & LENGTH dimensions of this seat? It appears to be as low profile as I've seen, just wanna prepare myself for a tiny seat if necessary, Thanks all, R.Tillery

Well, outta time. Texas' new law dictates that ANY motorcycle PASSENGER seat be accompanied by feet boards AND "GRAB HANDLES" (for each hand) So, I fabricated brackets to manipulate my leftover C5 solo seat onto my iron barrel. It's unsprung as well but sits lower on the frame than the original stock double, I think it'll be fine.

But you do not have to wear a motorcycle safety helmet in Texas

Can't say I've seen this seat on any U.K. Bullets but I'm sure that if you mail our hosts they will give you the details & maybe seat height when fitted.

Beezabryan, Yup, no helmet law in Tx. (this week), It's a new thang this year called "Malories Law" resulting from a fatal accident of a youngster that was thrown off from a curb hop. Since I solo anyway, I'll just swap seats & be done with it. I secured that uncomfortable C5 seat onto my iron barrel & learn to live with it.
