RERCN: first meeting success

The first meeting of the Royal Enfield Riders Club Norfolk was, it's fair to say, a great success. Potential members arrived from across the county to get to know each other, talk Enfields, discuss future rides-out and decide a likely format for the new club and how it should be organised and run. All present were broadly in agreement on all points and it seems the success of the new club is assured.Now we must do two things: attract more members and (first and foremost) have fun!

I also noticed a enfield with sidecar going towards tesco lowestoft,if you read this get in touch,i live in lowestoft.

It was good to meet you all and when norwichbullet is the next meeting? Mc D's was a bit crowded for us and we need to find a bigger venue. Any suggestions? Mind you with summer coming, meeting at events would be good. I would like to see the Norfolk Rally at Kelling Heath revived. Camping on Saturday night for those who want. Anyway a good ride this morning, cold but sunny.

Soon, I hope! Capitalise on the enthusiasm and get the club running now and we can all have a great season aboard our Enfields.

Well done chaps! I'll come to a Kelling Heath rally if you can arrange one, l went there for an REOC do a while back and thought l'd like to return, good spot! REgards, Mark
