That's going to get a few million people looking at it, I'm hooked!
Is that really a Petter stationary engine running it, or just the plate for one?
(I wrote an article for Stationary Engine Magazine, They took it! June issue i think, YAY!)

I just looked at other bikes for sale there and someone very obviously does not know he is selling a bike for next to nothing that is next to priceless because so few were ever built, let alone imported into Britain.
(It is still showroom condition.)
I will let you all suffer.)

Scaly, I have a Lucas Magneto that was given to me many years ago, it has manual advance and retard, and it was a friend in building/construction that had it. It is in a box that states it is a lucas factory re built unit, and is in as new condition.
I was going to use it on a Norton 16H engine I intended fitting into a frame, but it was the wrong rotation, though I believe this can be changed with another cam?
If you know of anybody who may be interested I can get the box out of the garage and photograph it, and send the type number etc.
My email is;
[email protected].
Ray.

I know the contact breaker and it's mounting plate are different for both rotations, not sure if anything else is different, It may possibly include the magnets and coil, but I am not sure on that.
look at the parts page on the ML MCK manual here...

Scaly, thanks for the info, but I don't need to alter it now, that was about 30 years ago. I want to sell it now. I sent an email to a magneto and dynamo repairers in Chesterfield, thinking they may tell me what it may fit, and asking if they would be interested in buying it. No reply. I hate that!
