Just a quick note to say thank you to Alan at our hosts for helping me find a replacement for a particularly troubled component for my new project. As it was a bit critical I drove up to check out the replacement for myself rather than risk another round of ParcelForce ping-pong, but all was duly sorted, ta! The new showroom/sales counter is a definite improvement.
