... just watched the Guy Martin Spitfire programme, some superb, beautiful aerial shots of the Mark 9 Spitfire and a Bf109. Unfortunately some total twat ruined it by dubbing on the most appalling "muzak" over the sound of the Merlin from inside the Spit and the chat between Guy and the pilot to the extent that subtitles were added. Why? Also the closing shots of the finished Mk 1 finally taking to the air were overdubbed by some dreadful woman screaming????! It beggars belief, it really does

I went onto Henry Coles Facebook page the other week and moaned about the same thing, in his programme he commented on the lovely sound of some old bike but we the viewer couldn't hear it as music was dubbed over as the bike passed the camera.
