That's a TV200 with 'Campagnolo' disc front brake, worth a small fortune now.

Mandy does it for me !!----------Well spotted Chris...A cable operated idea, similar to the early Honda 125's I think ??............Back in the day I had an Li150 Series 3 ( Ancilotti Big-Bore exhaust system and Wal Philips fuel Injector !!)...................
