hello folks, I am looking for an answer to a question, does a pasenger in a sidecar require a crash helmet? i have looked on the net and could not find a definitive answer.

Kpj,Hi,Had sidecars for years,passengers have not worn helmets except sometimes by choice, not been pulled once ,always understood not required by law, regards, Bob.
