an Embarassing Moment

I parked my bike at my office with the front facing the wall and a steepening slope behind me. I started it up and paddled back from the wall, turning to my left. Somehow, I lost balance and the bike leaned to the right leaving me holding the weight on my right (downhill) foot with the footpeg (non folding) pressed against my right shin. With my right leg fully extended, I couldn't push the bike upright. If I had rolled back further the bike would have toppled with me to the right down the hill. Basically I was stuck in the car park sat on the bike but unable to move.
I asked a colleague to help. She pushed the bike upright and I was OK. Since she was a psychotherapist, I made some joke about being OK once I had admitted I needed help.
Has this happened to anyone else? If it hasn't, please learn from my mistake and don't steer the bike while reversing down a hill. Also don't get stuck where the only help is someone really embarrassing.
