Should have added 200 liters of fuel in the Honda, 2 days to get there, 10 mins to get it running and 2 days to ride back home

It's a nice green, and I do like the exhaust lagging, but as for the 'buffed engine' well, that hasn't seen a polish since it was built,

The backrack looks very army, but that ammo box... Oh lordy, it looks like a chimney, and I wouldn't want it as a backrest! Did they take the number plate off for the photos?

What is more upsetting is the thought that somebody may have traded it in for an 'orange', as Colwyn bay is a KTM dealer. Don't get me wrong, they make GREAT trials bikes, but the styling is a little more modern than I fancy.

Well, I might consider it if I was looking for another EFI, but that ammo box just isn't right as it is. Nice colour though, but the bike is a bit 'green' when compared to Tornado's experience!
Bit naughty, but I going to sneak this in from my first RE poem.

..."I cannot keep it out the trees,

I almost hear it say,

"You went and bought a Woodsman...

Where d'you THINK I like to play?".

A teen on plastic trials bike,

Said "Wow, that looks so nice!".

His mount looked like the Jap's had

lost a war with Fisher-Price.

I lied "Your bike looks very neat,

What do you think of it?".

He said "the plastic bits snap off,

the chain-guard's broke, it's shit!"...

Big ride Norm. Victoria to Qld or East to West? I quite fancy the ride from Melborne to Adelade sometime when I can get a sufficient leave pass.

Actually, I am a KTM fan, and if it wasn't for that Austrian company, I would never have bought my two RE's.

I nearly went for a KTM, but couldn't quite get used to the styling, then I saw a Royal Enfield.

It's all said in jest, and there is nothing more amusing than taking a bullet along a greenlane, and looking at the faces of two trials bikers who you just caught up with!

Job done!

I must admit, I am still amazed by the mini bikes. Those ones that seem to have one of other of the indicators permanently wired on.

Hi Simon it is a few hundred ks past Newcastle so it is up north, I think Newcastle is about 1250ks from Melb Sorry Scaly but I can't get my head around people who buy a new bike and then only ride it 583 miles

Only rode it how far, and after all that work on it?

I guess it was the guy's back rubbing on the ammo box ridge that decided it!
