Cheer yourself up and get out on your bike! Fed up with waiting for this horrible weather to clear I went for a ride on the Interceptor this afternoon. Although I've been riding to work on the BMW I didn't want to get the newly completed Inter wet and muddy as the roads out here in the countryside are well washed out. It looked a bit dry this afternoon, (deceptively!) so I went anyway and I'm glad I did, nothing like it to put a smile on your face! Now for the cleaning... I'll be at Jack's Hill Cafe (Towcester) on sunday for the VMCC Relay Rally if anyone else is dropping in?

Well, I did and it did! Lots of Vintage Club types out using their bikes but I didn't see any Enfields, that may just be chance of course as I wasn't there all day and missed the early morning rush according to the guys running the Control Point. Quote of the day from old gent looking at shiny Interceptor: "so they're making those again are they!".

Mark,
I have my Inter a mate has a Super Meteor and we often ride together and it is not uncommon to be asked if those bikes are the ones they are building in India.Good thing is I have never been asked if the Inter is a real Enfield
