Just a thought, I am planning to buy a new 535 GT soon, is this bike a touch on the small size or is it my imagination. I keep looking at pictures of them being road tested with riders on them. As I am 6 feet tall I am wondering if the bike is a bit small for me

Dennis: It could be all in your mind. The motorcycles I rode in the fifties, sixties, were thought of as big; BSA, Ariel, AJS, Royal Enfield etc. Now when I look at them they seem small.

Dennis - it's fine - I'm 6' 1" and I've ridden it for 7 hours on the stretch a few times. It's the same size as a Velocette maybe a touch smaller than a Featherbed Norton. It's classic bike sized - Bullet sized. Smaller than a modern multi. www.royalenfield535gt.com - have a look at the web site. It dissects the bike from an owner's perspective. Stephen

Thanks for your replies , Stephen, I don't know anyone who has ridden one of these bikes so may I ask you, how do you find the gear changing going up and down the box

Dennis - it's very good. It's been generally praised - the gear change. Better than my 2009 Bullet. Neutral finding works. You can change without the clutch from 3rd upwards if you want. Stephen

I pasted the code straight into my browser and it did not work, but leaving the 'index.html' worked ok.

try it without the last bit, as I am not sure that the index.html is correct in this case!, but good try, it all takes a little practice!
