Hmm, Not sure what to make of that steering geometry, maybe ok in a straight line 0-60mph in 3 secs but a high side waiting to happen in the twisties..

Somebody, somewhere is going to just love, in fact , probably 'get off' on this design.

Please don't ever let me get stuck with them at a bike meet.

Is the tank frame ariel or aerial (part of a mobile phone mast)?

OK, sorry I been a bit nasty, but the design is not my personal preference. They're British, I hope they succeed, but it would have to be a 'Rolls Royce' type thing to attract the rich, but that engine, nice though it probably is, certainly is no 'Merlin'.

Maybe I'm getting too cynical?

Is this the Ariel company that make those very fast little cars with no bodywork to speak of?

Car/motorcycle design is having some sort of design crisis worldwide - there are many, many hideously ugly machines out there. But this thing really takes the biscuit. Somebody has obviously told the designer about motorcycles but never actually shown them one. It is gross, absolutely gross.

I wasn't going to be that hard on it, but since feelings are running on it's design, let's get a balanced view from the late Mel Smith.
