Apparently Harry Lyon-Snith is arriving in Melb Australia this weekend and is planning on riding his Diesel Enfield up the east coast of Aus. Not sure how far north he is thinking of going but it is one big ride. Anybody know of him? I vaguely recall somebody riding one around the world and I wonder if this is him. Regardless of his heritage we will give him a warm welcome and sendoff as he heads north.

Caught up with Harry on Friday to help out with some running repairs. Bike is in surprisingly good condition seeing has done a lot of miles with that diesel banging all day. A few things broken needing repairs but not much. Having a dinner for him on Wed night and then he heads north off around the coast towards Sydney, expecting to arrive there Sunday with a welcoming party riding out to escort him in.
