Alan, not sure what "cat c" is but I assume water damaged and the reason they have to be classified is not because of the electrics, it is the fact water can get in through the exhaust valve or in through the inlet valve and we know what that does, muddy water inside a motor just isn't good

Why not, all sealed, air into engine ,air/gases out of engine, revs constant
