Hello all---------- Last Saturday the Three Musketeers ( well BEESA-eers ??)went to the twin-shock show here in Telford....We had a great time---- got the usual stuff we didn't know we needed until we saw it ( Real bargain, Sir !!)..moaned about the entrance price.... had our tea and sarnies, AND managed to get a "Table for 3" as well !!.. Did one more round of the traders.....then rode down to Ironbridge where we enjoyed sitting in the late afternoon sun----eating one of those famous Pork Pies.....enjoying the "Scenery" as they walked by..... reluctantly it was time to ride back to my place where we said our farewells and the other two went home.....LOVELY start to the season with all bikes behaving perfectly----------------------------------- This morning( Monday) I had just got out of bed and was answering some over night E-mail...............The phone rang, .............................I answered ............. to be told that one of the other two had died from a heart attack during the Sunday night...........He was in his late 50's with a wife and two grown sons........ MAKE IT COUNT GUYS............MAKE IT COUNT !!!!!!!!!!!

My condolences Alan. Life is indeed fragile. Which is why I try to enjoy every day now. Lost too many friends way too soon...

I know how you're feeling Alan, I went to one of my friends funeral last week - he was two years younger than me.So sad, you expect to get at least your three score and ten but life can be cruel.

Really sorry to hear that. At least he had a damn good Saturday!
Later in life, I have been lucky. I have managed to do just about everything I wanted to and have enjoyed it all.
I said to a friend the other day, "Yes, it is sad when friends pass, but when I go remember, I've had a damn good time, and I thank my family and friends for helping it happen!"
I make it count, for myself and those around me.
again, sorry to hear the news
Simon
