Had to take Thunderbolt, my EFI Woodsman from France to Switzerland today. It was only about 35 miles but at a temperature of about 2’C, even the thermals and wooly balaclava where a bit inadequate at anything over 45 MPH.
But at least I have my trusty RE now.
Did a tongue in cheek video called “Thunderbolt is go!†Enjoy!

Love it - completely pointless vid that is thoroughly enjoyable - but what made the bike wobble on the stand?
I have ordered Avons as the Ensign tyres are rubbish on damp surfaces. Also ordered up new low fuel sensor together with first oil service filter and silkolene. Just 50 miles on it and need to put more under the bonnet.

The metal on the conveyor is not very thick, ok for cars but a bit wobbly for a bike's centre stand.
Strange about the ensigns, I seem to do ok on them.
