Does anyone know if anyone offers pleasure trips in a combination - the sort of place might be for example in the Lake District, where someone has bought a combo and a member of the public can pay, say £30 for a blast around some country lanes. I know you can hire classic bikes - I think there is a place in Devon or Cornwall. But not sure if anyone provides rides in combos for a fee.

Blast? Now there's a word that would most definitely create a problem for insurance companies. Then you suggest £30. More like £300 if anybody was prepared to do it at all. "Country lanes" in the Lake District are uaually full of cars, and every car park and lay by charges for parking with cameras to catch you. I love the Lakes but will not go any more because of the congestion and car parking charges.

Thanks Paul, that was helpful. There was a time when 'blast' equated to fun, now it is politically incorrect. I would like to pay to be ferried in a chair with someone else doing the driving.

Well Sofiaspin , I Know where you are Comeing from and the Best place for a Bit of FUN could be "A Side Car Club" Try the http://www.sidecars.org.uk/ I am Sure Some One would Take You For a "Blast" for a Few Free Pints Never Mind £30, And it will Not affect there Insurance...Unless you Wish to have a go driveing One.

Not the Lake District but there is a venture in the Peak district doing just this. I remember it being advertised a year or so ago and google found it fairly easily. http://www.sidecarsafari.co.uk/
