The Great Scottish Bike Show is in Lanark on 12 and 13 May, and I have just had confirmation that there is no "age limit" to classic status for the show, so "modern" Enfields will be eligible.  See http://www.classicbikeshows.com/showind ... code=GSS12 for this show and other locations.

Anyone in Scotland/Borders/North of England interested in showing their bike?  Just waiting for details, but displays will be roped off to keep grubby hands at a distance, and you get 2 visitors passes for the weekend.  You do have to display both days right enough.....

Might have to polish up the Electra!

That's nice, but if I was a paying visitor I would be upset to find that I had paid good money to view modern bikes.

I could go to any city car park and have a look at them for free.

Organisers say it's not a classic bike show - just a bike show, all types, all interests.

Never been before, so can't say either way, but who wouldn't like to look at my wee Enfield??

I could always put a false (black and white) number plate on it!! ;)
