Just seen a video of Sidartha Lal, Enfield CEO explaining that the company's 5-10 year plan is expansion in the 250-700cc category with the possibility of local production if needed (eg in Brazil). View it on David Blasco's Blog, http://www.royalenfields.com/ All very vague? And don't say he didn't rule out a Twin...

The factory could build a twin very easily, buy a batch of 865 Triumph motors and make the rear frame section to take the Triumph motor. Might even be a good idea for our hosts to make a bolt on rear frame setion to allow people to fit the 865 motor themselves Similar idea to the bolt on rigid rear but a swing arm version but to suit the Triumph gearbox mounts.

I hope they're talking to Mr Musket (Aniket Vardhan)as he has just come back from a trip,to India and with a proper fame redesign I think those things would sell like hotcakes!
