Yesterday morning I phoned a tyre company, who I shall call Slofit, and asked them to get back to me about ordering 5 tyres for my car. Still nothing. Despite having my home and mobile numbers. Then I rang Hitchcocks to order two TT 100's and inner tubes and oil. The parcel arrived about 2 hours ago. Complete, all correct, just as I had asked for. As expected. Yet again, well done to Mr H.

Those companies that understand basic customer service will always get my repeat business. Can't understand why so many just don't seem to get it.

its because some companies are shite and i certainly wouldn,t use slow fit they are a bunch of robbing tits!!atb paul
