Hello Grunda2, Another great read for these cold days is. Motor Cycle Cavalcade by Ixon of THE MOTOR CYCLE.
Full history of the motorcyle from the beginning but wrote by a motor cyclist and many a laugh while reading.
Long out of print now, but I managed to get one via the internet. Well recomended.

Glad that the library continues to keep you interested Paul! I've got plenty more where that came from. A great read if you've got Kindle software (free download) is Daisy's Diaries by Graham Ham. It's available as an e-book from Amazon for about a fiver. The print version hasn't been available for years so this is the only way to read it. Only things to do when its snowing are:- a) plan rides, b) read Hitchcocks catalogue and plan to spend more money or c) read motorbike books. Add your choice from the following :- brew/pint/whisky/fag/pipe/buttie/pie/roaring fire to the equation for sheer winter pleasure! ATB John
