Hey guys, it's not relevant to these boards but some of you have helped me solve some technical issues with a bike that's not my Bullet. It's a 1975 Montesa Cota 247 made in Spain. Hello MATT, -------------- good to see you out & about in the thick of it !! Hows' about a video of you doing a HOT START then ???.... I used to run a road-legal Bultaco Sherpa and this vid. bought back a whole heap of happy memories-------- like when I got done for speeding !!

Ha, Alan. A hot start video would be boring now... One kick and off! HaHa. It would have made funnier watching before I solved the problem, I tell you! Might have had to sensor the language a bit though! I do love the Sherpa's, I prefer the styling actually but this Montesa came up and just felt like the right option... It's not like there are millions out there to choose from! Speeding hey? Was your bum on the seat or not? Mine has an extra tall 5th gear but I still doubt it does much more than 40mph... I might be wrong though. How fast were you going?

---------- ah !! well now, let's just say "In excess of the 30mph consistent with a built-up area" as the Police put it....I was in my 20's then and "knew-it-all"... The bit that REALLY hurt was my mates got to find out somehow and forever reminded me of it ( the being caught bit, that is !!)....
