Hi guys is there an aura of traditionalists versus indian owners becoming prevalent on this forum and should we make it riders versus owner polishers forum instead . Sounds harsh I know but perhaps a solution would be to ask our hosts to include a separate classification for posts for rides out and meets

Noel, I don't know where you are getting a indian versus traditionalist aura from - i am browsing on here every day and I see no such issue whatsoever in fact just the opposite, its far too peaceful and friendly lately - where have all the angry aggresive opinionated numptys gone - i miss those guys?

 N oel,

Indian versus traditionalists, not sure what you mean by traditionalists but if you mean the English Enfields, there would only be half a dozen regular English Enfield posters 98% would be Indian Enfield owners and a lot of English Enfield posters often only post a couple of times if they have a problem

I like this board because it is so friendly.

I do not have an Enfield but that does not appear to be held against me, as far as I know. In return I always try to help with advice based upon my 49 years of riding, repairing and restoring "English" bikes.

Do not allow your great site to become fragmented by an English v Indian sub-division. Enjoy your passion for bikes wherever they are made. I currently have bikes made in England, France, Japan and Italy, and only recently sold two bikes made in the USA. Bikes are good, Geography is for GCSE students. Other opinions are available.

Now this is becoming a dilemma .. I am an Indian - Enfield owner, I have Chennai made 500cc in England and a Redditch made 350 in India.. and I like polishing and riding at every opertunity...  another separate group!!

As MadMike says.. this is a very friendly forum.. It's for the passion of Enfields..keep it as is.
