Just a 'heads up' for anyone who enjoyed Gordon May's book Overland to India.


I met Gordon at the Scottish Motorcycle Show yesterday, and he has a new book out - Overland to Egypt.  This time he is travelling on a 1952 BSA Bantam and seems to have had more than his fair share of problems.  Anyway, he was doing a good trade on his stand and I wish him luck with the new book - watch the books section for it being published.


I have my signed copy (what a groupie!), and will be starting it today.

I had planned to do 'Overland to the Isle of Wight, but had to cancel it when I found there wasn't a bridge.
