I's more complete and structurally sound than 90% of the "bobber" projects out there.

You'll probably be able to remove most of that welding with a couple of sharp blows with a chipping hammer. It's probably actually glued to the frame with flux more than welded.

I worked as a welder for many years and when I was training apprentices this quality of weld always got a look up to the sky, "what are you looking for?" answer "For the Pidgeon that did this!!"

As agricultural engineers we used to go around farms and a good percentage was repairing the damage from what the farmer had attempted with welding set, looks like one of them has moved to custom bike building!
