On the road prices.

It always annoys me to hear of dealers putting an extra £300 on a new bike for " on the road" costs.Apart from checking the bike over,filling it up with fuel and registraring (£40 I believe)

My local dealer doesn’t do that, but then again his prices are £300 more...
I guess it’s the normal: “Look, we’re the cheapest you can see advertise!” Anywhere you search online or a mag, the cheapest price will have that catch.

I have to say here when I ordered my Interceptor off Cooperb - I was pleasently surprised that the price I saw was the price I paid - I did expect "on the road" extras but I guess this is down to the individual dealer.

The only extra charges I got were for some extras that were cheaper bolted on to the bike before delivery than afterwards.

JWG don't charge the extra; East Sussex.
On the Wheel do; also East Sussex
Mute to me as JWG messed me about and I ended up buying my Classic 500 privately.
