Did a quick post service 50mile bimble yesterday.(Ironbridge) I put the Fitbit on , just out of interest and got back to find I'd done 12k steps and burned 1.2k calories! In the words of the immortal Fred Dineage ... HOW? I appreciate riding a naked bike at moderate speeds involves a form of (wind) resistance training, but these values seem to indicate something else,is it my riding style,vibration or a combination of both? Further research required ..
