Carol Nash did me a very good deal on my Kawasaki "sepcial" - took them a couple of days to get back to me but their premium was much less than others.
You can try bemoto & bikesure but their premiums will be pretty steep.
Good luck

I went back to CN too. For me they are the most competitive for my three modern bikes, all modified and/or assessorised, including my C5. For just one bike you might be able to get a better deal with one of the classic specialist brokers. Really you need to ring round as my quote and yours would be different for the same bike.

thanks - tried CN but were a fair bit more expensive than my usual insurer so have gone back to Peter James.

Mart.
Please to hear that you are sorted.
Odd then when I spoke to Peter James they would not offer me insurance on all 3 of my bikes, the Bullet (because it had been modified, (612 / 5 Speed Box / Front Disc) and my Kawa H2 Triple because it had been modified (expansion chambers). My bog standard Himalayan would have been fine.
Perhaps it is the luck of the draw who you speak to on the other end of the line, my heart sinks when it is someone who is obviously just a keyboard jockey going through the lists, always fills me with hope when you speak to someone who sounds like they are thinking about the questions you are asking.
Anyway, you got the right result.

Try insuring a trike!
It all goes well until they ask what make is it?
Then they say that's not on our books (of course it's not I built it)
In the end I went with Adrian Flux as they understood that there is only one of them in the world, but they wanted to know how it was built? this confused me (easy done) in the end they asked if it was welded or bolted together?
They seemed happy when I told them both
They then wanted photos of the trike and log book
Carol Nash price's seem to be getting pretty high and the free European recovery now costs £60

serves you right Mr Whiskers for being a weirdo! who in their right mind wants to ride a trike?! (ps- that's a joke)
Im surprised you had trouble Andy C. Ive never had any issues with them. I told them today my Model G has Husqvarna wheels, because the brakes are better and they just said 'Oh, OK' cheers.

The one problem with you Dai is you have a Harley. So, when it comes time for the last place in my rescue vessel to another dimension, you may have an issue.
When I fitted an R60 front wheel (drum) to my R65 (twin disk model) CN asked me if it is designed for the bike. I said it’s a genuine BMW Wheel from a similar sized earlier bike; no issues.
