What is the most common Interceptor colour? or should I say which is your favourite ?

The orange one by a mile.

My fav would be 'Ravishing Red' - typically stupid name for a red and black paint job.
Not sure why I'd choose that one - but I think I would.

There seem to be a lot of low mileage second hand ones about already including the chrome one which is the closest to the MKII original. My personal favourite.

Orange crush, of course.

I think the number of used bikes around is not a reflection on the bike but of the owners - just like the GT 535 - a lot of us old gits - remembered with nostalgia the golden years when we first owned a 250 GT and now - the mighty Interceptor - and as we now have the money - rush out and renew our youth, the sad reality is the 17 year old in the 1960's now no longer has the body to cope with the rigours of riding a motorbike in England and eventually reality kicks in and the bike has to go.

It's just buyers remorse for those who didn't get orange.
