do I have to press enter in order to start a new paragraph?

No, enter not required.

you can do a whole block of text with

in and
the board then sorts them out!

Thanks Scaley. If I'd taken the time to read my post I'd have seen it's not necessary! Must write a poem now I can create paragraphs.
