I don't actually mention it in the vid, but when I hit decompress and go over TDC, you hear two wheezes!
The engine continues through the exhaust stroke too, with the momentum, but if you try to explain that, then the guy learning tends to go to far, almost to compression stroke!
I had something strange once on that bike. (It has early boyer system) I stopped with decompress, and turned key off, went for a quick stretch of legs for about 50 seconds and then returned to the bike. turned the key and it backfired!
Must have had exhaust valve open and enough mixture still in the tail pipe!
