I would like to trace the history of my bike , owners locations etc , I understand the V 888 form you can request this from DVLA . I have waited in line at the post office for 20 minutes for the last 2 days without being served as on a 30 min lunch break. Can you use the downloaded one off the Internet or does it have to be one from the post office , although I could not see one in the help yourself application forms trays.
