Trev - I was up at Fort William for a fortnight last September (far from our first visit). There were many bikes touring around but you're right, the roads are like they had an RE in mind when they built the scenery.

I often ride over in Wales, currently my bike is complementing some welsh mud which has been carefully collected and nurtured over the last few winter months.

On this particular day I'll be taking the opportunity to pick out a few of my favourite bits en-route without the inconvenience of having to turn back halfway
