Hello there,
Beside my 2009 500 Machismo (The Chennai Express), I have my trusty 1942 350 WDCO (Screamin' Lilly), a 1963 200 Velocette LE MK3 (Old Faithfull), a 1984 R80G/S BMW (no name), a 1951 J2 (with a mix of 1951 G cycle parts, 1938 front frame, and 50' J2 engine, much modified, the whole thing under construction), an Ariel Pixie (sorry), and a pre/post war racer bitza (1931 Ariel SG engine, Norton dollhead gearbox, pre-war Guzzi Falcon (much modified) frame, Douglas front wheel, home made fuel tank, rear mudguard and Earles fork, the whole lot wich will permit me to spend a numerous years of workshop happiness when retired..), and my first bike, a 1951 Motobecane D45S..

it's more than slightly illegal 😉, have a road legal yellow plate with old fashion riveted letters and numbers, that she normally wears.

Fact is these Enfields look so much better with the old style number plates don't they. I found it was cheaper to buy an old number and re-register so I could use the black/silver plates that it was to pay the fines. I paid about £80 for the number and a score to get new plates made. Much better value than £100 fines!
