My experience last night backs that up. Waiting to go onto a roundabout, the car behind me decided to go anyway... VERY slowly and just bent my number plate VERY slightly. Obviously you want to weigh up the situation overall, like how big the guy is, whether he's going to do a runner before you've checked the damage and perhaps how legal he is.... can't now glance at his tax disc. Obviously the police etc CAN find out but we can't. Not by the side of the road anyway..... Just a thought
