I don't know about where you are, but here in Costa del Hull it's been an absolutely beautiful spring(?) day. So I wheeled her out (the bike that is), and, using Les H's patent starting method she fired up first kick, and said hello to 2013. Well I didn't have the heart to put her away again, and so I just did a few miles to get my constant companion Arthur Itis used to the bike again. Since being sixteen years old I cannot think of many things like a first ride in Spring (well I know it's not technically Spring yet but hey the Snow Drops are out). And what better way than on a slow-revving, thumping 500cc 'big single' singing Spring has Sprung in your ears! Just the old romantic in me - it'll probably be snowing again tomorrow! Cheers all. Spring! Going off the last few years i would say summer has sprung,i`ve just got one bike ready for tomoz (sat),beware there`s still salt/grit on the roads.

must agree with jaffa this is the summer!!!remember last february building the enfield service centre then come mid march ...MONSOON SEASON...i,ve had the diesel out friday on the muddy lanes and today the hellectra has been out for a blast with mr,h,s new clutch fitted both bikes performed admirably and were returned to uncle Q intact!! atb paul.
