No info to offer on the carb, however, I know that Kellogg categorically state they don't make cereal for anyone else.
And to be fair I've never eaten cornflakes, plain or crunchy nut that rated the same as kellogs. While in the subject of Kellogg and cornflakes I'd recommend 'the road to Wellville' for a lighthearted history lesson and much laughter.

------------aren't cornflakes packed with CARBS anyway ??? Next breakfast I'll check to see if I'm having genuine Amal-flakes, or those naughty, fly-by-nights---the WASSELLFLAKE----sounds vaguely Germanic?? ( Wassellflaken und Milch, bitte---nicht zucker ). OK----OK. I'm off, piste ---again !!
