I was expecting a sorry on those lovely red tanked BSA,s Alan, but interesting all the same. I felt pleased at first about this news but then made the mistake of reading all the comments below the news item(expanded to read all) then I felt really depressed!!

Hi LES H----------- yes, me too. Alas, that's life I'm afraid. Looking on the bright side---let's hope the planes are in reasonably good condition to build at least half to full flying standards again. It would certainly make a wonderful tribute to those at Castle Bromwich who built them if the planes could eventually do a squadron fly-by.( Sorry, I'm Ex-RN. To me the word Squadron means a LOT of planes !!)
