Another little proble, wheel clamps

Oh God, not again i hear. :)
Took the front wheel off to change it's Tyre while i wait for various piston-y and ring-y things.
Checked the wheel clamps to see this, left and right respectively.
(Anyone got some laying spare in the garage /shed to sell?)

Seems to be an inherent fault, it happened to my 2000 Bullet, caused by taking the bike out on the road and riding it.

Totally agree with Pete: Same happened to mine and I bought Hitchcocks steel ones. Nice esy solution

--------- yep !! me too on a Bullet 65 a few years ago. Make sure the gap, when fitted is even front and rear. Torque to the spec. figures given. You MIGHT have to reduce the widths slightly in order for the caps to fit within the forks free-standing width.
