What sort of lights? Fitted to what model and year of bike? How do you want them to work in terms of when they come on?
The answer is almost certainly wiring them direct from the battery using a separate, fused supply and relays.

So yes, as above. They way I would do it is to use a single pole, normally open (SPNO) relay.
I'd just use full power through the switch if you're using a seperate one but I'd use the relay to ensure the lights can't be left on or turned on by someone messing with your bike.
So you'd want a wire with an inlne fuse coming off the battery to terminal 30 of the relay.
I'd connect 86 to earth and 87 to your headlight switch.
Terminal 85 is the live that will activate the relay and send power to the switch. I'd attach this to a switched live. I usually use the feed to the rear brakelight switch on account of it being easy to get at and a redundant system. This will mean the lights turn off with the ignition.
Another option would be to connect terminal 85 into the lighting system. So for example, if you attached it to the feed to the main beam, the spots could only come on with the main beam (and would turn off when you dip the lights).
What I recvently did with my wifes bike (admittedly a CBR6, not an enfield but the principal is the same) is to use a relay, switched off the rear brake feed, to power-up a small auxilliary fuse box under the saddle. I have then used this for all manner of accessories. In her case, heated grips, a USB charging socket and a heated vest socket. It would work for spotlights too.

Your 2 x 10W LEDs will be drawing marginally less power than a single standard flasher bulb, so I think your battery will most likely be ok.
