Hi All I found my 535 GT front mudguard was beginning to vibrate on the bushes.
On removal I found the standard fixings are just shouldered bolts which were not a perfect fit.
I found some good quality exact fitted bolts and made some brass inserts for the plastic mudguard and refitted with a small dab of loctite.
Worked really well and now no movement at all. Hope this helps someone.

Nice and neat. I like those button-head screws.

Just one observation. If that fork brace casting is alloy, you might want some sort of anti-galling compound on the threads of those stainless fittings? (Or you've used one and have managed to be way neater than I ever am about removing any excess).
