Thick or thin centre gasket?

I've got a gasket set and it has two crankcase centre gaskets in it. One thicker one, one thinner one. Anyone know which I should use? Or even what thickness they normally use then I can measure it? It's for a 2007 350 bullet classic. The facings look in good condition and it wasn't leaking before I started.

Why not measure the old gasket if there is any part left intact?

I'd emptied the bin but I found a bit of the old one at the back of the workbench. Thick it is.
