Well, i am trying....but i can't get it out at all. It won't move just a bit.
Does anyone have an idea?

The serrated edge on the underside digs into the alloy of the casquette to stop it shaking loose. With the switch removed and the headlamp unit safely out of the way you can tap it out from underneath with a suitable hammer.

They can be in very tight. I drove mine out from the inside with a hammer and a 1/2" drive socket and extension bar as a drift, But I had the nacelle off and on a bench ready for repainting.
Be warned, it can damage the paint as it comes out (and is put back in). If you're removing it for repainting the nacelle, you could apply heat to the area around it, the alloy nacelle will expand significantly more than the steel insert when subjected to heat which will make it easier to remove, it may even drop out. Likewise, when refitting, freezing the insert will see it tap into place much more easily.
