GT 535 rearsets and other questions

Hi all, just taken delivery of a 2016 Gt 535. I was wondering if anyone can advise on the following:
1. Are there better quality rearset kits out there - the back brake pedal, for example, has a small surface area
2. Is is worth fitting the Venturi air filter cover and/or the K&N filter - any noticeable performance gains?
3. Finally, is a power commander needed if you go down the Venturi/K&N route? My Euro 4 classic needed one, but this GT is Euro 3 so I am hopeful a pcv is not neccessary
